SALES, RETURNS, EXCHANGES
No refunds are accepted. All sales are final. Exchanges may be granted if item arrives damaged or the size is incorrect. PINKBABY does not offer refunds and our policy is an Exchange Only Policy.
For all exchanges within USA, items must be returned within 7 business days from the date of purchase. All international exchange requests must be submitted within 21 days from the original shipping date. If an exchange cannot be completed due to the style, sizing, or color not being available, you will be issued a store credit to use within 30 days of granted exchange date. PINKBABY does not offer a refund policy.
All customs and duty fees are the customer's responsibility to pay. Please contact your local customs office if you have any questions regarding the duty fee for your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable, which includes returns, package rejection upon arrival and/or failure to pay duty fees.
PINKBABY will not send back orders that are returned for the following reasons:

You will receive a refund once your order has been processed through our warehouse. A $20 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for orders marked as “refusal of customs payment”.
